These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites 360prosperity.com and evolve360.online, including all programs, digital products, live sessions, and other services offered by 360 Prosperity Unlimited ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By using our services or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of our offerings
Our programs, audio activations, and coaching sessions are educational and spiritual in nature. They are intended to support personal growth, conscious development, and embodied practice.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Maria Martinez is not a licensed physician, therapist, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing we share should be treated as medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, legal counsel, or investment advice. If you have a medical, mental health, legal, or financial concern, please consult a qualified professional.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a program or create an account. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement.
Purchases, billing, and subscriptions
- Prices are listed in US dollars and billed via Square or PayPal.
- Subscription programs renew on the cadence stated at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your member portal or by contacting maria@excelleratedabundance.com.
- Payment plans are treated as sacred agreements — installments are binding for the full quoted amount.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
Refund policy
Our refund policy varies by program and is disclosed at checkout. In general:
- Digital products (audios, workbooks, activation kits): all sales are final once downloaded.
- Private sessions: refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- Group programs (WCE, KCP Architect, KCP Practitioner, DBC): the refund window is stated in each program's enrollment agreement.
Hardship requests are considered with care on a case-by-case basis — contact us.
Member portal & gated content
Access to the member portal, program replays, and private-cohort materials is granted to enrolled participants only. You may not share login credentials, copy or redistribute materials, or republish Maria's teachings without written permission. Sharing WCE or KCP replay content publicly or forwarding gated materials outside the cohort is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for revoking access without refund.
Intellectual property
All program content — including the Fulfillment Formula™, the Divine Body Reclamation™, the Wealth Consciousness Recode™, the Wealth Identity Recode™, and the Quantum Awakening Accelerator™ — is the intellectual property of 360 Prosperity Unlimited. The Krystic Codex framework and related terminology are used under Maria Martinez's authorship. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own practice only.
Conduct in live programs
Live group sessions, workshops, and retreats require mutual respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the container, harms other members, or violates these Terms — without refund.
Testimonials & results
Testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary. We make no guarantees about financial, health, emotional, or spiritual outcomes from any program. Your results depend on your engagement, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties including Square, PayPal, Calendly, Zoom, GoHighLevel (app.automator.ai), Hostinger, Cloudflare, and Google. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions. Use of their services is subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Prosperity Unlimited and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
